Order Cancellations You may cancel an order within 24 hours of placement for a full refund, provided the order has not yet been processed or shipped. After 24 hours, cancellations are at our sole discretion.

Refunds Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days after approval. Refunds are only granted in the following cases: • Faulty or damaged items (see Returns Policy) • Incorrect items shipped • Cancellation within the allowed period

No refunds are given for change of mind after the 14-day cooling-off period under the Electronic Communications and Transactions Act (ECTA).

Non-Refundable Items Custom-engraved or personalised first aid items, clearance/sale items, and opened consumables (e.g. opened bandages, creams, ointments, or medical supplies) are non-refundable.
