14-Day Cooling-Off Period (ECTA) Under the Electronic Communications and Transactions Act, you may return unopened, unused products in their original packaging within 14 days of receipt for a full refund (excluding shipping costs). Return shipping is at your expense unless the item is faulty.

Faulty or Damaged Items If an item arrives damaged or faulty, notify us within 48 hours with photos. We will arrange a free return and full refund or replacement (subject to availability). The Consumer Protection Act provides a 6-month warranty on defective goods.

How to Return

Email support@sportsfirstaid.co.za with your order number and reason for return.
We will provide return instructions and a prepaid label (for faulty items only).
Return the item to: 291 Main Street, Waterkloof, Pretoria, Gauteng.

Exclusions

• Opened or used first aid / medical supplies (for health and hygiene reasons)

• Items without original tags/packaging

• Personalised products

All returns are inspected upon receipt. Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days.
